Most people using AI for business marketing are just using ChatGPT or Claude as chat collaborators. That makes sense. It’s where we all started.

But here’s what most people don’t know yet: A chatbot’s memories get to know you, but don’t know your business. And, more importantly, they don’t know your audience. They don’t know your subscribers or to whom they are connected.

You feed it the context and get a draft back. That’s a drafting tool. A good one. But it’s not a system.
